Infrastructure–The full-fledged engineering unit fully equipped with all required infrastructure including material handling facilities, Plate bending machine, welding rectifiers for TIG and MIG welding, Plasma cutting machine, gas cutting and other required tools and tackles as well as machine shop comprising lathe, Milling, drilling machines of various size and capacity for taking up manufacturing of our specialized equipment.
We are also equipped with drawing and design department supported by experienced engineers. A wide range of measuring and material testing facilities are available for inspection and quality control.
Sugar Mill Machinery-
Cane Unloader– maintenance free low power consumption with lower cycle time having 2 or 3 motion to suit huge verity of cane and transport system.
Hydraulic Grab– To unload cane from Trolley with remote operation.
Feeder Table– To feed cane in cane carrier with controlled qty. as desired.
Auxiliary Carrier– Addition carrier to support the cane feeding system.
